Service
The bending process involves using upper and lower dies to apply pressure to bend sheet metal components. Steel sheet metal is bent using mechanical force to create parts with the desired shape or angle.

- The bending simulation system Bysoft CAM Bend establishes the bending sequence using simulation software before actual operations, determining whether any bending interference will occur; only after the processing personnel confirm that everything is correct will the bending process commence.
- We have invested over ten million in a comprehensive range of bending and forming molds.
- We can create custom molds to accommodate the special forming dimensions of mass production clients.
Achievements
The only 8-meter bending equipment in Asia has supplied seamless 7-meter door columns for various new construction projects across Taiwan, as well as internal equipment troughs for the China Steel Corporation.
